Sean coaches Muay Thai and MMA Conditioning, and trains competition fighters. He has studied martial arts and self defense systems, since he was a kid. He has trained military personnel, law enforcement officers, and civilians in the hand-to-hand combat system of Krav Maga.
Sean is a certified MMA Conditioning Coach and holds instructor certifications in Krav Maga, Muay Thai Fitness, and Defensive Tactics. Sean is experienced in coaching a wide range of students: from combat sport athletes preparing for their next fight to practitioners who want to get in shape and improve their conditioning.

Reegan coaches Fight Mobility, Beginner's Muay Thai, as well as Strength & Mobility training for competition fighters.
She has 10+ years of experience in martial arts and self defense systems. She has studied physiology of sport & exercise, sports nutrition, and functional fitness for athletes. Reegan is passionate about coaching you in ways that will benefit you now as well as 30 years from now. Her mobility training will help anyone: from a combat athlete to a sedentary office worker.
